– Makeup requirements
– Type of photography

Booking Confirmation and Payment

Once you’ve booked, we’ll send a confirmation and invoice via email or WhatsApp.

Terms & Conditions

BOOKING & PAYMENT

– 50% or full payment is required to secure Studio and Outdoor bookings.

– 75% or full payment is required to secure Wedding and Corporate Event bookings.

– Balance must be paid on the day of the shoot or event.

 

 

DELIVERY OF PICTURES

– Studio/Outdoor/Location: within 72 hours (3-4 working days)

– Wedding Pictures: within 2 weeks after the shoot

– Corporate Event Video and Pictures: varies depending on client request (24hrs to 1 week or more)

 

 

SELECTION OF PICTURES

– Select pictures immediately after receiving the unedited pictures link.

– Incase of late selection, all pictures will be deleted within 30 days after the photoshoot.

 

 

ADDITIONAL FEES 

– Extras will be charged according to Nash Empire Studio rates.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

   Studio/Outdoor/Location:

    – 5-7 days before the date: 30% deduction

    – 2-3 days before the date: 40% deduction

    – 1 day before the date: 50% deduction

    – 0-23 hours before shoot time: 80% deduction

 

  Wedding and Events:

    – 1 month before the date: 10% deduction

    – 2 weeks before the date: 25% deduction

    – 1 week before the date: 60% deduction

    – 2-3 days before the date: 70% deduction

    – 0-1 day cancellation: 80% deduction

 

 

RESCHEDULING POLICY

   Studio/Outdoor/Location:

    – 5-7 days before the date: 10% deduction

    – 3-4 days before the date: 20% deduction

    – 1-2 days before the date: 25% deduction

    – 0-23 hours before the date: 30% deduction

 

NOTE: Once rescheduled, cancellation will result in no refund. Rescheduled bookings are final and cannot be cancelled. If you reschedule a booking and then cancel it, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please confirm that the new date suits you before rescheduling, as this decision is final.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

   No refunds will be given for:

    – Missing an appointment

    – Not liking a photo

    – Selecting an incorrect photo

    – Overdue selection period

    – Not liking the location/venue

    – Late arrival for photoshoot

    – Once rescheduled, cancellation will result in no refund.

 

 

 

UNFORESEEN INCIDENTS

– In case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Nash Empire Studio from shooting on a scheduled date , a new date will be scheduled.
