NO MONEY REFUND IF YOU MISS YOUR APPOINTMENT

• No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.
• Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after already received the photograph for edit or any other reason.
• Refunds will NOT be given due to, overdue selection period of pictures, not liking your selected picture , not liking your location / venue, coming/arriving late for photoshoot or any other reason.

All STUDIO /OUTDOOR /LOCATION Edited Pictures are send to you within 72hrs (3 working days) excluding weekends.

Select pictures immediately after the unedited pictures link is send to you.

Selection of pictures to be edited must be done ASAP after you receive we transfer / google drive links.

Incase of late selection , TAKE NOTE that all pictures will be deleted within 30 days after the photoshoot.

WEDDING Pictures are send to you within 2 weeks after shoot via google drive or we transfer link (Or flash drive, only if its a wedding events packages).

If you mistaken selected a picture for edit, please resend ASAP within 1hour.

All pictures for edit must be choosed/selected according to the package .

All/any extras will be charged according to Nash Empire Studio rates.

Wedding & Events CANCELLATION:

• 1 month before the date 10% will be deducted,
• 2 weeks before the date 25% will be deducted,
• 1 week before the date 60% will be deducted,
• 2-3 days before the date 70% will be deducted ,
• 0-1 day cancellation 80% will be deducted..

For Studio / Outdoor / Location CANCELLATION:

• 5- 7 days before the date, 30% will be deducted/charged of the package total cost.
• 2-3 days before the date, 40% will be deducted/charged of the package total cost.
• 1 day before the date, 50% will be deducted/charged of the package total cost.
• 0-23 hours before shoot time , 60% will be deducted/charged of the package total cost.

For Studio / Outdoor / Location RESCHEDULE:

• 5- 7 days before the date, 10% will be deducted/charged of the package total cost.
• 3-4 days before the date, 20% will be deducted/charged of the package total cost.
• 1-2 days before the date, 25% will be deducted/charged of the package total cost.
• 0 to 23hours days before the date, 30% deducted/charged of the package total cost.

Once rescheduled for new date, you won’t be able to cancel the booking, if you cancel then all NO REFUND will be given to you.

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Nash Empire Studio from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled.
